You have up to 30 days from the date of the order to request a credit for the price paid less a processing fee of $5.95, unless the product is defective and/or damaged on arrival. To return defective and/or damaged product you must call our customer service department within 48 hours after delivery, complete our quality survey and return the unused product with original packaging back to our facility. Next, our customer service professionals can assist you through this process. Once we receive your return shipment, a credit will be placed on the credit or debit card used for the purchase or a replacement shipment can be sent to you.
Finally, after refunds are approved and processed, please allow 8-10 business days before they are reflected on your card account.
